Biography
William Duncombe (1736-1738 - 1818-1819) was an English composer and organist. He lived in Kensington and is mainly remembered for several small piano pieces. He wrote a compendium of harpsichord and piano pieces, Progressive Lessons for the Harpsichord and Piano Forte, published in 1778 or 1775.
