Biography
Victor Flowers (b. 2 December 1957, Franklinton, La.) is an American composer, arranger and educator.
Mr. Flowers was an honors graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi in 1979 with a degree in music education.
Mr. Flowers began to teach band in 1979 at Thames Junior High School in Hattiesburg, Miss., a city in which he taught for 12 years. He continued as a band director in Mississippi and Spring, Texas, for 27 years until 2018, when he moved to the Asia Pacific International School is Seoul, South Korea, and thereafter to the International School in Manila, Philippines, where he currently [2021] resides.
