Program Notes

Composed by jazz pianist Chick Corea and recorded on his landmark 1973 album Light as a Feather, this vibrant work has solidified its standing as a jazz fusion classic. The lyrical and sensuous opening features a solo tenor saxophone, followed by a fast and energetic Latin pulse that features the melody traded between various sections of the band.
