Program Notes

An early composition which was premiered by the Tr-State Honors Band in Enid, Oklahoma. The opening statement is slow and measured and sets the stage nicely for the rhythmic development section. The mixed meter 7/8 bars lay nicely with the flowing melodies and continue to sound fresh and innovative.
