-Program, note by publisher

Harlech Castle is located in northwest Wales atop a cliff near the Irish Sea. Built in the 13th century, its colorful history includes numerous battles, among them the Seven-Year Siege during the War of the Roses, the longest known siege in the history of the British Isles. The Siege of Harlech Castle is inspired by the life and times of the inhabitants of this garrison as they endured this epic embattlement.
