Program Notes

Hang on tight: this is one great ride! Your woodwind section can show off what they do best, with flying fingers and fabulous flourishes that take the listener up and down the tracks of the coaster. You'll feel the anticipation as the coaster climbs the first big hill, be twisted and turned through the changes in the music, and be whisked away as the exhilarating piece unfolds. The band even gets to scream! Just like a coaster ride, it's short and sweet, about three minutes.
