Program Notes

The key motivation behind composing Prelude and March was to provide something different yet accessible, easy yet interesting. No small task.

The real challenge in composing is finding something that merits being done, knowing exactly when you have found it, writing it down before you forget it, and leaving well enough alone before you overcompose it.
