Program Notes

This motet, actually called Inveni David, is an offertory that was originally set for male chorus and four trombones. This powerful work opens in B-flat minor and gradually builds to a brilliant B-flat major Alleluia with full, rich sonorities.

- Program Note from publisher

Inveni David translates from the Latin as "I Have Found David."
