The composer captures the visual image of the brilliant colors associated with a neon sign -- OPEN - OPEN -- and fashions them into a fanciful piece that will bring out the musical best in your band. The click of the claves turns the light on and off, and there is even a blinking neon light in this very creative and colorful composition.
