Program Notes

You're in for a wild ride indeed when you kick off this gangbuster of a march. As with most marches by Karl King, this was written for the circus and contains exceptional parts for the low brass as well as a great deal of technique. The trio is more lyrical than most of his marches and adds to the surprise appeal of this sparkling gem.
