Program Notes

In 1995 actor Mel Gibson directed and starred in an epic historical movies about William Wallace, a 13th century Highland Scot who led an ill-fated revolt against the English. The soundtrack for this movie was composed and conducted by James Horner. This arrangement includes themes such as Attack on Morron, For the Love of a Princess, Mornay's Dream, and Bannockburn.
