Using materials from Lutoslawski's Folk Melodies for piano, Ken Singleton has expertly created this four movement arrangement for wind band. Flirting, The Grove, A Gander and The Schoolmaster are used in this transparent suite of miniatures. Colorful textures and a folk style characterize this unique work.
