This exciting programmatic composition depicts the mythological story of Merlyn, Excalabur and the Lady of the Lake in a quest for the powers of the “Sword”.

Legend of the Sword was commissioned by and is dedicated to the Evans High School Band, Evans, Georgia, Richard Brasco, director.
