Program Notes
Vic Flowers has here written another gem in the British march style (in the tradition of his March of the Buccaneers.) Everything about this march says “tasteful” from the opening woodwind intro, through a charming bassoon solo, to the use of the old English hymn tune Kingsfold for a trio theme.
