Program Notes

When listening to the piece, every listener will easily guess what is hidden behind the pseudonym "K.H." In any case, it doesn't stand for "Karl-Heinz," which anyone who plays the piece will notice.

K.H. goes back to a nursery rhyme and since it has long since grown up, it is now striking back, which is why the piece can be played quickly and crisply.

The piece with a calm middle section has often been performed as part of the Jugend musiziert competition because it is simply fun!
