Program Notes

Flight of Years is a concert overture which reflects my long-held fascination with the passage of time, and was the first piece I wrote for symphonic band. The outre sections are bursting with energy, verve and anticipation while the contrasting middle section depicts the reflection that each of us does when looking back on our distant and recent past.
