This contemporary suite for woodwind quintet has five contrasting movements. Each movement uses a different formal structure (rondo, song form, theme and variation, invention, and ternary form) and features a different instrument in each movement.
Five Forms was first performed by the University of Oklahoma Graduate Woodwind Quintet in Norman, Oklahoma.
