Program Notes

This work calls for a combination of the standard woodwind quintet (flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, and bassoon) and brass quintet (2 trumpets, horn, trombone, and tuba), playing together ... at times antiphonally, and at other times, as a ten-man unit.
