Program Notes

Olivia Caldwell fought a valiant fight against pediatric brain cancer that ended when she was only 20 months old. During her short life, her courage, strength, and love changed the lives of everyone she met. Olivia was a great teacher who taught the most important of life lessons: to face every challenge in life with optimism, love and a smile.

This piece was commissioned by her grandparents David and Diane Branson, and her great-grandmother Margaret Branson, as a tribute to her life.
