Celebration Fanfare, arranged by Daniel Forlano from the ballet Stepping Stones, was commissioned by the International Women's Forum. The premiere performance was on September 30, 1993, at the White House in Washington, D.C. for a meeting of the International Women's Forum hosted by Hillary Clinton, to whom it is dedicated.
