Bonnie McLarty


Bonnie McLarty (b. 1983) is a composer, pianist, and music educator.

Ms. McLarty obtained a BA in piano from Walla Walla College under Debra Bakland and an MM in piano performance from the University of Wyoming, studying with Theresa Bogard. She is also an experienced and gifted educator, with 14 years of piano teaching experience and national certification (NCTM) with MTNA. Her students have performed at the Washington State Music Teachers' Association annual conference and in adjudications and local festivals.

McLarty is currently [2017] working on a DMA in music composition at the University of Kansas, where she also teaches undergraduate theory.
