Anthem of an Era was written to capture the drive and motivation of young people that enables them to achieve their goals. Whether the focus is on academics the arts or athletics, their hard work deserves to be recognized and celebrating. Bold themes and driving rhythms are carefully crafted to provide a vibrant work that students will enjoy, and which will feature their lyrical abilities. This work, also exposes the players to unique percussion combinations for their level of experience. All of these elements come together to inspire students to work hard, and never doubt that the sky is the limit.

Dedicated to the University of Montevallo Youth Musicians' Camp; Montevallo, Alabama, in celebration of the camp's 10th anniversary.
