Biography
Amparo Edo Biol (b. Valencia, Spain) is a freelance composer and horn player.
Ms. Biol has diverse experience in concert and stage music as well as music for media. She is known for her creative work in music productions that bring together symphonic contemporary-classical writing and melodies, rhythms and harmonies from popular styles like jazz, pop, flamenco and electronic music.
She currently balances the development of her independent artistic career with her academic service as assistant chair of contemporary writing and production at Berklee College of Music.
