Aaron Noe

Biography

Aaron Noe is a conductor, educator, and trumpet player.

A graduate of Greensboro College (N.C.), Mr. Noe has completed graduate work at the University of South Carolina where he was a Teaching Assistant and holds a Master of Music Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

As a trumpet player, Aaron Noe has been blessed to have performed with many great musicians including Eric Marienthal and the late, great legend of jazz, James Moody. Mr. Noe has taught trumpet privately and at the collegiate level as well.

Mr. Noe is the founder and conductor of the Mid-Atlantic Wind Symphony (MAWS) in Fredericksburg, Va. MAWS is an invitational wind ensemble comprised of professional musicians from the Mid-Atlantic region volunteering their time to promote professional-level wind band literature.
