Program Notes

Zeros and Ones is a depiction of the hypnotic stream of endless numbers washing across the black backdrop of the digital underworld. It begins with a flat, deliberative theme that occurs three times throughout the piece, leaving room for colorful aberrations between each statement. Together, these segments attempt to capture the motion of the zeros and ones as they stream through the computational vortex, transforming from strings of individual digits into binary code.
