Biography
Thomas Lowe (b. 1911, Manchester, UK) was a British composer.
The Library of Congress notes that "Thomas Lowe is the nom de plume of a modest but very fine musician, b. Manchester 1911; educated at Manchester Grammar School and the Northern School of Music."
