Thomas Filas
Biography
Thomas J. Filas (5 March 1908, Chicago, Ill. – 11 August 1984, Adams, Wisc.) was an American composer.
Filas studied at Armour Tech and the American Conservatory in Chicago. He performed on the oboe, clarinet, and saxophone in dance bands and on radio in the Chicago area.
