Biography
Terence “Terry” Greaves (1933 - 27 December 2009) was a British composer, music teacher, and examiner.
Greaves was a chorister at Welbeck Abbey in Nottinghamshire and read music at Keble College, Oxford, before becoming a lecturer at the Birmingham School of Music and later the dean of the Royal Manchester College of Music. He was also a dedicated examiner and moderator for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music for over 40 years, writing many works as examination pieces.
