English Horn part

In the fourth movement when the first oboe switches to English Horn, It appears as though the transposition is incorrect. It has five flats instead of three. Unless the consortium asked for an English Horn part in G instead of F, I believe this is an error. This is on the score currently on Mackey's website and may have been corrected since then.
