Program Notes

Study in Textures was commissioned by Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma, the National Honorary Band Fraternity and Sorority. The work was premiered at the Kappa Kappa Psi National Convention, August 1967, with the composer conducting the National Intercollegiate Symphonic Band.
