Program Notes
Sojourner was written for the band students of Alain LeRoy Locke College Preparatory Academy. The music depicts a traveler that has lost their way.
Although the ranges and rhythms are quite easy, great care should be taken to create a balanced sound from all four musicians and to follow the musical makings.
