Program Notes

The Orange Bowl was composed for the Deland (Fla.) High School band's performance in the Orange Bowl Stadium in Miami, Fla. on November 19, 1939. Written in standard march form, without a break strain, The Orange Bowl is one of Fillmore's more popular marches. Fillmore was a long-time Miami citizen.
