Program Notes

With robust harmonies and stalwart rhythms, New Horizons brings the true spirit of the concert march to the forefront. The work delivers a strong beginning with full ensemble and moves along quite resolutely. The melodic lines pass gracefully throughout various sections before becoming one again, driving to an exciting finish. Energy and excitement abound as tuneful melodic lines adorn the performance with varying styles and colors.
