Program Notes

Elliot Del Borgo wrote this work in memory of a young high school bandsman from Pennsylvania. Its moments of sorrow give way to a celebration of youth, encouraging all to remember the past with reverence and then draw strength to soar with the unknowns of the future. One of Mr. Del Borgo's most dramatic musical statements.

- Program Note from publisher

In memory of Matthew Conrad. For the Lampelter-Strasburg High School Band, D. Scott Loose, Director.
