Biography

Jean-Phillippe Vanbeselaere (b. 1969, Saint-Omer (Pas de Calais, France) is a French composer, arranger, conductor and educator.

Vanbeselaere discovered his passion for music in Saint-Omer, where he began musical training on violin and saxophone, before joining the conservatories Lille and Tourcoing and the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris (composition of film music). Vanbeselaere was the recipient of numerous awards from conservatories (composition, conducting, writing, analysis, musical culture, saxophone and music education).

He pursued a career as a teacher and conductor, but also a composer and arranger. After having worked as manager of the Departmental Scheme of Artistic Teachings for the Department of Haute-Savoie, M. Vanbeselaere is currently deputy manager and professor of orchestral conducting in Conservatory of Music / Dance / Theater of Annecy - Pays de Savoie.
