Hero's Run is designed to be a flexible choice for directors with uneven instrumentation. Parts are divided into five different parts, with multiple instruments supporting each part.

This piece really moves from start to finish while chronicling the hero's run from peril. Percussion parts are very active, while wind parts are appropriately written for this grade.
