Program Notes

Glass Ceiling was composed for conductor Andrew Yozviak and the West Chester University Wind Ensemble. The title refers to any invisible barrier that blocks a person from advancing “upward,” which to me can mean anything from a powerful employment position to something more spiritually fulfilling.
