Program Notes

En Roulant is a spirited Quebec folk song.  This piece was conceived as a percussion feature as well as a brief, humorous ending — almost an encore — to a concert.  In addition to the folk song, hockey fans of a certain age will recognize references to the theme song for a certain sports show!
