Program Notes
Chrysanthemum -- Does this music describe a chrysanthemum? Not necessarily. The music, like the flower, is an opportunity to experience something beautiful and different. Both are hybridized into contemporary derivations and varieties from ancient stock -- altered in shape, color, and configuration with each new generation.
