Carl Höhne

Biography

Carl Höhne (1871 - 1934[?]) was a 19th century German romantic composer and cornet soloist.

In addition to his solo works for brass, Höhne wrote a treatise on cornet performance.

His best known piece is Slavische Fantasie, which he wrote for cornet virtuoso Franz Werner in 1899.
