Program Notes
Cajun has been transcribed for the American Wind Symphony Orchestra, Robert Austin Boudreau, director, with affection and admiration for bringing music around the world in a unique concert series.
Cajun was transcribed from the final movement of American Dance Suite with the hope of adding to the repertoire of wind orchestra music. It was made possible by a generous commission from Robert Austin Boudreau and his exciting young orchestra.
